Dutch astronaut André Kuipers presented his SpaceXperience Live show as the central element of a larger conference / expo style event at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome, an immersive intergalactic journey staged in-the-round, with Kuipers relating his many stories and real life experiences working in space on various ESA programmes.

The 2025 Pula Film Festival – staged in spectacular Pula Arena in Croatia, the world’s only remaining Roman amphitheatre with its four side towers fully preserved – had some extra magic added with Robe moving lights which were part of a design by Emil Koller to support the movie programme.

Robe Takes a Walk in The Park

Production lighting for the vibrant and diverse Park Stage at the 2025 Glastonbury Festival was once again supplied by Bristol, UK-based SWG Events. A design by Mat Spencer – also Chief LX for the project – which included nearly 70 Robe moving lights, helped deliver great lighting for a blistering lineup including Anohni and the Johnsons, Haim, Caribou, Beth Gibbons, The Maccabees, Gary Numan and many, many more who delighted audiences throughout the three-day event.

LD Systems Ramps Up the Robe for Rodeo Houston

Lighting designer Nathan Brittain from Houston, Texas-based lighting rental specialist LD Systems oversaw a major lighting upgrade for the live concert element of this year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – AKA Rodeo Houston – which included adding over 150 Robe moving lights to the rig.
