This is a ZIP archive, right click on the Download button and choose Save link as. Inside this zip is a ds3000dtII_v013.tar.gz file which is the update file for your Digital Spot. If you computer opens the ZIP for you, you should see the ds3000dtII_v013.tar.gz file directly, otherwise you need to unzip it. Please make sure the full name of the update file is ds3000dtII_v013.tar.gz before you upload it into the fixture.
